  1. Phone is flawless but it’s obvious the battery will need to be replaced. Won’t hold a charge worth a damn. It’s an easy fix but it’s lost one star for this.

  2. I have had this phone for a few months now, so I can give a review based on time, At first I thought the battery was not lasting like it should, but I believe it was the building. I can go over 24 hours without charging and still have battery life. Certain apps do drain it. If I had a complaint, it is, after texting, I put the phone in a pocket and accidently dial people because the phone icon is in upper corner. This occurred several times before I realized why I was doing it. Simple solution is to hit side power button before putting it in my pocket. I am not too tech savvy so there is probably a lot more I can do with this phone but pictures are great and sound is great. Seems to have a quick response time and overall am happy with this refurbished phone!

  3. So far so good. I was a bit hesitant since it was refurbished but it came looking good as new. Easy set up; I am using this phone outside of the US so I had to put my own data network provider in manually, but it was effortless. The back of the phone doesn’t open so the batter can’t be changed, well not by you. And the sim card goes in the side of the phone, no memory card slot, but it has 32 GB of memory. The only negative thing I have to say about the phone is that it doesn’t hold charge for too long it seems. At least not for a full day. I definitely have to charge in the morning and afternoon to full power. The camera/picture quality is GREAT! Crisp and crystal clear, the video zoom is clear also; that was the whole reason I wanted a Samsung. Oh and I dropped it face down already, day 1 from a good height, ! was certain it was shattered, not a scratch! I do have it nicely protected now.

  4. Beautiful job with refurbishment, can barely tell it isn’t brand new.The S6 is fast, convenient, and thankfully doesn’t require the bizarrely specialized cord that the S5 did. Unfortunately Samsung just wasn’t done experimenting yet and this thing lacks an SD card slot, which is annoying, but the larger hard drive and OTG compatibility make up some of the difference.A very easy to use phone. Gets good signal, the bluetooth pairs flawlessly, a staple for keeping in touch with my parents in Egypt.

  5. Had to finally change phones from my Iphone 5C to this as I was just about done dealing with apple nonsense and terrible operating system and over priced phone.I will say there is an adjustment coming from apple IOS to droid. Lots to learn and somethings are not as intuitive as the Iphone but the droid is more customizable and operates much better than the iphone even years after this model was new. I’m not the type to get a new phone every year just because I don’t care about having the latest and greatest thing. I like my stuff to work for years. Its also nocibly bigger (screen size) lighter and thinner than the 5C i had. has a one hand function which is nice because of the bigger screen its harder to use with one had but there is a function to down size the display for one hand operation. There’s a nifty feature I didn’t notice but I eventually turned it off as it became annoying. Basically it has a sensor that assumes its in your pocket if its dark and turns off the display which is frustrating in dark rooms/areas/cars when lighting is minimal. Just turn it off, its meant to save battery and stop you from activating apps while in a pocket or purse I guess.4 Stars because a perfect phone wouldn’t need a case, would be shatter resistant and shock proof as well as water proof absent of a case. Its annoying that guerrilla glass exists and sealing off the phone from water is possible yet a big company like Samsung doesn’t automatically do it, at least not on this model. I got it refurbished and it was like new. I don’t believe in 5 stars unless there is nothing that can be improved upon but there are some things that could be and that’s why it loses a star. Otehr than that great phone and very customization down to battery saving features.
