  1. Purchase this if you find yourself wanting a basic phone capable of calling and simple texting. You’ll have to get your own sim card and phone plan (normal size sim card, if you have a smaller sim card you need an adapter). Also if you want any music / picture storage you’ll need to get a micro sd card. This is a super simple phone. No T9 predictive texting available. It has a super minimal web browser and MP3 player, alarm, calendar, calculator, and poor quality camera. Also it has a decent quality FM radio, and the phone does come with a headphone jack (headphones not necessary for radio). Battery life is good as you would expect from a minimal feature phone.Audio levels are in Settings under Profiles. You can pick Silent or Vibrate from there.

  2. very good phone in terms of usability and battery life for minimal use. Seems well built and the battery life is excellent. I’ve seen a few negative reviews and it appears that there were false expectations from the phone even though the description of the item is quite clear. If you’re looking for a minimal flip phone, you can hardly go wrong here (especially given that the Moto Razr flip is no longer manufactured)

  3. This is a nicely built conventional cellphone which does so many things. I love this product and I bought a couple to give us present to any friend for simple occasions. The shipment was super fast. Excellent overall.

  4. Bought this phone for Grandma. It is getting hard to find new flip phones these days, so I was happy to find this. It works great for a flip phone– but this is not really great for a Senior Citizen. The buttons are quite small. The Dial and End Call buttons are not colored and the icons are hard to read for an older adult. The contacts menu is a nightmare, and it took forever to figure out how to set speed dial- it was under a completely different menu than the contacts listing. The instructions included don’t really explain the phone menu or features. There is no volume controls on the sides or back of the phone, you’ll have to choose “Normal” “Indoor” or “Meeting” profiles for the ringer volume….I don’t see any option to change the ring tone either, but we’ve gotten used to the old fashioned ring now. This phone works, but we are still looking for something easier for Grandma.

  5. Works OK but has very limited capacity unless you are only buying it to listen to music. Can’t set speed-dial numbers so you have to scroll or search “Contacts” to find everyone — so put your most needed numbers under “A” somehow!Simple and basic – no provision for “Speed Dial” numbers so put you key contacts under “A” somehow (like “A-home” for example.) The “quick start” guide with the phone is ALL of the documentation available – there was no such phone in the company’s Website as of July 2018.
