Doesn't work properly on day 1. Not a good sign. Touchscreen is not functional. Trackpad is glitchy.

Just getting used to it. So far so good. Still learning how to use it.

I purchased this computer on March 9 and on April 10 it crashed. Thankfully I was able to get support when I went on Amazon and they helped me get it back up and running. This has to be the absolute worse laptop I have ever owned. It is constantly freezing up when I am looking up items on the internet or even playing a game. I would NOT recommend this computer to anyone, it is awful. Very frustrating to use this laptop. I should have known it was junk when the first one I received had a problem. The Z and X keys did not work as soon as I tried to set it up. I packed it right up and sent it back. Reordered the same one because it came highly recommended. Would not buy an HP again. And I thought my last laptop was junk (it was a Dell) but at least it lasted more than a month.
